Bug.Care is a first-of-its-kind Medicaid-funded pest control service. We work directly with local case managers, care coordinators, and Medicaid waiver agencies to schedule professional pest control treatments for individuals and families in their homes. When a case manager identifies a client living in unsafe or unsanitary conditions due to pest infestations, they contact us — and we handle everything from scheduling to treatment, billed through Medicaid so the resident pays nothing out of pocket.

Pest infestations are a serious health and safety concern for Medicaid populations. Our service ensures that qualifying individuals — including those in Paid.House properties and broader Medicaid waiver programs — can access professional pest management as part of their overall care plan.

The Origin

Solving Gaps No One Else Was Addressing

Paid.Investments began with a simple but powerful observation: millions of people across the country qualify for government-funded care and housing — but can't access it because the infrastructure to reach them simply doesn't exist at scale.

Family members were providing unpaid care and running out of money. Individuals with disabilities had nowhere to go but nursing homes. Adult day programs were disappearing. Medically complex children were being denied the home-based care they needed.

We started building the companies that could solve these problems — one brand at a time. Each company runs on sustainable, government-backed revenue models so that doing good and operating well are the same thing.
